Job Description
We are a field services and property management company serving over 15 states within the USA. Our job description includes, but is not limited to the following duties:
---REO/PPO Work---
- Changing locks on doors
- Photographing your work, before/during/after
- Winterization of both dry and wet heating systems change locks, board-ups, mold treatment, sales clean, debris counting and removal.
- Basic handyman skills including general repairs & home maintenance, ability to operate a digital camera, ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to operate basic hand tools and equipment such as compressors, salamanders, etc.
- Removing miscellaneous debris/trash/miscellaneous items from houses, inside and outside (manual labor), and delivering them to the local dump
- Driving to various locations and addresses within and surrounding areas to perform complete your work orders
- Submitting your completed work via email to our corporate office(s) every day, at the end of your route
***- Must have your own work truck***
The properties we service are foreclosed properties owned by Banks, so they are usually vacant. Your daily routine will vary, but not limited to the duties above. Most often you will be required to remove debris and/or personal property left behind at these homes, or simply change the locks to prevent unauthorized entry, or perform general maintenance or repairs.
You will be paid as a sub-contractor, and likely receive a flat-fee per house completed. Once you email us your resume, we will provide a further explanation of the duties and salary.
This position is open STATEWIDE, so we must recruit as many employees as possible. We service the WHOLE STATE of California, so we are looking to fill positions throughout the state.
